REFUND POLICY 

Refund Policy for Wild Oak Naturopathy and KORA Collective.

Refund Policy
In the interest of health and safety for all, Wild Oak Naturopathy and KORA Collective cannot accept the return or exchange of any products. Please choose carefully when making your purchase. To assist in making informed decisions, we have highlighted the therapeutic benefits of each product we stock.  

 

Refund Policy Kora Day Spa and Wild Oak Naturopathy are committed to providing quality naturopathic care. Due to the nature of our services and packages provided, we maintain a strict refund policy as follows:

No Refunds after 7 Days

Refunds for naturopathic packages will only be granted within seven (7) days of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued, regardless of package usage.

Unused Services:

For refunds requested within the 7-day window, only unused services within the package will be considered eligible. If any portion of the package has been used, the full package price will be retained.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling of Appointments Clients who have purchased naturopathic packages may reschedule appointments within the package as long as it is done at least 24 hours in advance. A missed appointment without notice or failure to reschedule within the notice period may result in forfeiting that session.

3. Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable beyond 7 Days All packages are non-transferable and non-refundable beyond the seven (7) day period following the date of purchase. Any portion of the package that remains unused after this period will not be refunded.

4. Exceptional Circumstances In certain exceptional cases, such as serious medical emergencies, management may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis after the 7-day period. Supporting documentation may be required, and any decision made by Kora Day Spa and Wild Oak Naturopathy management will be final.

5. Legal Compliance and Consumer Rights These terms are in accordance with South Australian and Australian Consumer Law, which allow businesses to define their refund policies provided they do not contravene consumer rights for defective or misrepresented products/services. This policy does not affect statutory rights where they apply.

6. Acknowledgement By purchasing a naturopathic package from Kora Day Spa and Wild Oak Naturopathy, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact our management team prior to your purchase.

 

 

Australian Consumer Law Compliance
Where required under the Australian Consumer Law, Wild Oak Naturopathy and KORA Collective will accept product returns and provide an exchange, replacement, or refund (at our discretion) under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, faulty, or the incorrect item has been received.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a tax invoice or receipt, is provided.  


Procedure for Damaged or Faulty Products
Claims for damaged or faulty products must be reported to Wild Oak Naturopathy and KORA Collective within 7 days of delivery. If you believe you qualify for a return, please email info@wildoaknaturopathy.com.au within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase. Our team will respond as soon as possible with further instructions. 

Rights Reserved
Wild Oak Naturopathy and KORA Collective reserves the right to deny an exchange, replacement, or refund if the item is not deemed damaged or faulty. 

Return Instructions
If your return is accepted, Wild Oak Naturopathy and KORA Collective will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Refund Processing
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us. 

Non-Returnable Items
Wild Oak Naturopathy and KORA Collective does not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
